1. Start with the product.
Include the product name, a clear photograph or a drawing. If you are matching an existing item, tell us which features must stay the same and whether you have a reference sample.
2. Define the specification.
List the required dimensions, material grade and surface finish. A dimensioned drawing is especially useful for a component that needs to fit into an assembly. Highlight any tolerances or requirements that matter to the project.
One clear drawing can answer several questions before the conversation begins.
3. Add quantity and packaging.
Tell us how many pieces you need and whether this is a trial order, a one-off project or a repeat requirement. Include any packing quantity, labelling or marking requirements.
4. Tell us the destination.
Provide the delivery destination and your required timing. Availability and delivery arrangements are confirmed after the product and quantity have been reviewed.
